When is completion expected?
Completion is estimated for December 2028, with settlement anticipated in December 2028. Dates are estimates and may change.
Can I save on stamp duty buying off the plan?
There is no general off-the-plan concession in South Australia. Eligible first home buyers and eligible buyers aged 60 or over who are downsizing may pay no stamp duty at all. The downsizer calculator on each design page shows the effect.
